1. How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you may receive a tracking update through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or our courier partner. Please make sure your contact number, email address, and delivery details are correct at the time of placing your order.

2. What are the shipping charges and delivery time?

Eden Pharma currently offers Free Standard Shipping on orders above Rs. 850.

Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after order confirmation, depending on your city and courier availability. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

Orders are processed during working hours:

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. What are the exchange, return, and refund policies?

Products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase, subject to review and approval by Eden Pharma.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted if:

  1. The wrong product was delivered.
  2. The product was damaged during delivery.
  3. The product appears tampered with at the time of delivery.
  4. The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

If you suspect that your product has been tampered with, please keep the original product and packaging safely. Our team will guide you on the next steps.

4. How do I return Eden Pharma products if purchased from a different store?

If you purchased Eden Pharma products from another website, pharmacy, medical store, retailer, or distributor, please follow the return and refund policy of that seller.

Eden Pharma can only process returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased directly through edenpharma.pk.

5. Does Eden Pharma offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Eden Pharma offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for online purchases across Pakistan, where courier service is available.

Cash on Delivery allows customers to pay after receiving their parcel.

Please note the following COD terms:

  1. The courier company may only allow the package to be opened after payment has been made.
  2. Please do not receive the parcel if it appears opened, damaged, or tampered with.
  3. Cash on Delivery is available for orders under Rs. 10,000.
  4. For orders above Rs. 10,000, please contact Eden Pharma customer support before placing the order.
